Im 18 stone, BF prob in the early 20s at a guess but not overly concerned as I will address that later On an ideal day my eating is like this 6.00am 100g oats with a tsp of sugar (will swap for fructose when I get a chance). Protein shake and small low fat yoghurt 7.00 Train 8.00 Protein shake 8.30 Chicken baguette, Prob 100g of chicken on a 10 inch roll (no idea what the roll weighs) 12 Usually 100g of rice with 250g of lean mince and half a jar of chilli sauce or 100g of pasta with sauce and can of tuna 3pm Protein shake and 2 pieces of fruit 5pm High calorie shake (1 banana, 1tbsp EVOO, scoop of protein, half a pint of milk and tbsp of whole earth peanut butter 7pm 8 baby potatoes with 200g of chicken and a big helping of veg 10pm 2 mackerel fillets or a pint of milk with a handful of cashews
Use Stevia instead of fructose. Get the truvia stuff - yea it's a alot more expensive but there's a reason. Scrap the baguette make a sandwich. The rest is meh, but I cba to go over it because I'm sure you'll argue the toss as to why I'm wrong.
Few fats and carbs together mate, not ideal. Separate your fats and carbs into pro/fat and pro/carb meals as much as possible and you'll fair a lot better mate. Other than that it ain't all that bad.

Looks fine for a off season bodybuilder not overly concerned with bf levels. Alot depends on how the total cal number relates to your metabolism n what u require daily Food n meal choices are acceptable Sent from my GT-I9195 using Tapatalk 2

Also - dbol and test for dieting? Just gonna bloat to fuck. You also don't talk about your current diet? Your metabolic rate? Current daily activity? Are you sat behind a desk or lumping coal around all day? Just seems like pissing in the wind. But this is why I didn't say anything, and this is often why people don't get anywhere, they think A+B=C and it doesn't.
Also - 20% is HIGH!! Especially to "bulk" on top of You a powerlifter? You'll put more muscle on from a lean base.
