What's complicated?! Eating a "chicken baguette", "pieces of fruit" and drinking "protein shakes" - he's asked for advice, how can anyone offer advice on that? He may as well say "I'm eating clean", yeah but WTF is clean? If you want the results the quickest way and the easiest way you have to take control and not be wishy washy. Not wishing to piss anyone off or start beef here but forget I said anything. This is why I don't chime into these sort of topics usually, no one likes to hear it. I think I was half asleep when I posted first time around but felt compelled to reply again asked the response I got.
