What's complicated?! Eating a "chicken baguette", "pieces of fruit" and drinking "protein shakes" - he's asked for advice, how can anyone offer advice on that? He may as well say "I'm eating clean", yeah but WTF is clean? If you want the results the quickest way and the easiest way you have to take control and not be wishy washy. Not wishing to piss anyone off or start beef here but forget I said anything. This is why I don't chime into these sort of topics usually, no one likes to hear it. I think I was half asleep when I posted first time around but felt compelled to reply again asked the response I got.
yea i have no doubt you could write him a diet that would dice him in less time than what he has posted. however a diet needs to be sustainable for a start and when starting you also need to get into the routine of eating at times and not eating treats unless as treat times. its easier for you being so many weeks out like a robot just get on with it but for the average bro the best diet for them is not always the one that looks best on paper. it needs to be workable and sustainable for them in the real world.

I disagree mate. It's not about getting into routine, it's just getting the amount of food right. Also "lean bulk" is BS unless your less than < 10%. Your metabolism isn't working fast enough over that IMO.
yea for sure if your motivation is 100% its all about the food. for most people there is more to dieting than just macros.

Yeah absolutely. It can be done though, halving bf from 20% should be fairly pain free IMO. Just takes control and consistency.
