@Doby Landed on your feet mate well happy for you.My reason for moving here was to retire unfortunately the Mrs had other ideas lol. Flights getting cancelled is a pain in the arse but you'll soon be on your way and living the dream.
Gentlemen, and Freeline. Nice to see all familiar faces and on the whole doing well. I was just telling my Mrs about this place and the good old days. Conversation is as always as genuine as I remember. Not many forums you get grown men conversing on how they like to have a sob. Reassuring though. I'm 34 and an absolute cry baby as of late. Currently off all the gear while we are in lock down. Married a 24 year old Australian girl who has been the making of me really. Team leader of 20 man babies at an engineering firm on nights. Which is occupying alot of my time with the current climate. Neils flapjacks. I bought my fair share, and I would again. They were something else. Cheers to the lads who reached out. Genuinely nice to be remembered from all that time back. I'm still in regular contact with Ronnie/Jimmy, I'll text him. Surprised to not see him here already.
Hey mara fantastic to see you Wow on the girl - congrats mate Thought aboit you alot over the years (no homo)
Good to see you back mate, only a month since I sent you that email, your response times are getting better!
To be fair, I line my beard with a cut throat (disposable blades rather than the blade you sharpen) Once you get the nack for it (read - don't lose a pint of blood per shave) it's the best shave
Nothing else i have tried seems to come close tbh mate to that Ill be teaching my son to shave shortly... rights of passage etc
Hold on, there's no way he's old enough to be shaving? I remember when you used to post about him as a toddler Wow, we've been kicking around here a long time
Last I heard he was working in a butchers and enjoying it a bit to much. Good to hear your doing well Matty
