    Good to see you mara

    Diet lol ..

They botched the surgery and left 60% of it in there. At the moment with digestive enzymes with every meal i can only digest / tolerate

    Chicken
    Rice
    Whey
    Pea protein
    Gluten free oats
    Olive oil
    Flaxseed
    Scrambled eggs

Its all so inflammed it rids to cone out but not classed as emergency as not life threatening, appreciate nhs have alot on so happy waiting until thet start surgery back up.

Its been over 1.5 years now on majority of liquid foods

    Shit that bad mate !
may or may not be helpful but have you ever looked into low FODMAP ?
That mongy nutjob ex of mine, for all her Cluster B faults, knew her shit on gluten free and low FODMAP, she wrote an ebook with recipes, just a thought anyway.
