Id eat steak multiple times per day, every day if i could... Have done in the past, but you have to get the leafy greens in there with it too... And as dan says, lower the carbs. At the minute, sometimes as much as twice a week, sometimes not at all Sent from my SM-N910C using Tapatalk
The only limiter for me is cost. I generally follow a paleo-esque high fat diet on which I can eat as much red meat as I like really. I tend to eat a lot of chicken though as it's cheaper. Although red mead at least 3 times a week.
I prefer red meat meat on the whole. Varies week to week but I have been going through a couple of kg of steak mince p/w recently.
I don't eat much, as suggested earlier, mainly a cost thing...... whole chickens and minced turkey are just that much cheaper which for the amount I eat makes a difference. Would eat it regularly if I could afford it as I do love it.
Once daily. If I could hack eating fish I'd swap my beef meal for a fish meal 6 out of 7 days but I just hate microwaved fish.
