I ment strength based routines really bud. Im powerbuilding really but im more interested in strength rather than size.sorry mate its powerlifting i am into not strongman. regards competing, your bench is certainly strong enough and there are plenty of bench only comps. whats your squat at deadlift 1RMs?
Deadlift pb is 235kg
Bench pb is 170kg x 2
Squat pb is 205kg x 2
But they are all peaking on cycles....
