Knee/elbow sleeves

 sorry mate its powerlifting i am into not strongman. regards competing, your bench is certainly strong enough and there are plenty of bench only comps. whats your squat at deadlift 1RMs?
I ment strength based routines really bud. Im powerbuilding really but im more interested in strength rather than size.


Deadlift pb is 235kg


Bench pb is 170kg x 2


Squat pb is 205kg x 2


But they are all peaking on cycles....
 
join the BPO. they dont test and you will do fine with those lifts. powerlifting is extremely supportive, everyone helps everyone else out. great atmosphere, community etc.

  regards strength routine, Korte 3x3 is amazing. steamrod put me onto it. very demanding but you will get stronger in the big 3 lifts.

anyone buy any sleeves in the end? Need some new ones myself. Vulkan ones are on theyre last legs.
