Proper belts can take an age to break in and may never fully be comfortable, that's just the nature of the beast. Heat, breaking down the fibres a bit by rubbing in so, wearing it relentlessly, even when you don't really need to.... there are 1 or 2 YT clips on it too
I used a leather conditioner on mine (pinched it out of the Mrs horse stuff) worked great to soften the belt up.
Done bicep curls in it yesterday. Felt really good actually! I believe i had it a bit high when wearing it for the 1st time when trying to deadlift. It's not very comfortable when crouched down at all Good idea! I have some for my motorbike leathers.
I like it high for squatting but a bit lower for squats. Not gone heavy max for a while but mine was still giving me nice blood blister bruises a couple of years after getting it
