LOL I will sort him a lovely deal obviously with a nice discount I might have to evict someone but friends and family come first.

Strength was well up today let's just hope it's still there for the next chest session.

    Week 8 second one

    Press 40x8,44x8,48x8,50x fail

    Front raises 18x10,24x10,30x10,36x10
    Flys 12x12,12x12,12x12,12x12 (Compound set)

    Wg cable row 50x8,52x8,54x8,56x fail

    CG pulldowns 40x10,41x10,42x10,43x10
Straight arm 20x12,21x12,22x12,23x6 had to stop (Compound set)

Everything was going along great until I hit straight arm pulldowns on the last set I got a horrible pain running down from my shoulder through my tricep and couldn't finish the set,I bailed out of the session so no arm work.

It's feeling ok now so hopefully stopping like I did should see it alright for my next one no idea what happened but don't think it's anything bad.

Feels ok now a bit stiff but not painful so that's a good sign.....I think lol.

LOL don't tempt fate dude I need to break my record

It's all thanks to that machine I bought tbh especially that you can push things without the need for a spotter.

It's so much better now I actually trained in a jumper tonight, this is the time of year I normally do a wash so I can fire up the tumble drier to warm the shed up a bit LOL.

    Just wish it would snow!!

you think the sleep is due to the deca?

if I was ever running nandrolone again I would use NPP. In and out quick and can get away with twice weekly jabs

It could well be mate I have dropped the deca now and going to just run the test solo for the next few weeks,I really thought I had sorted it by increasing the test but my mood was steadily declining and I could feel my anxiety creeping about again. Its just not worth it imo.

Going to stick with the stuff I know I get on well with dbol, mast and test although I am thinking about getting some primo in to try.

    Sa Tri pushdown 12x12,18x12,24x12,24x12 (superset)

Dropped the weights down a bit to see how things went especially after last time when I had to cut things short after that weird pain, but everything went along great.

Changed arm work over to supersets as I was getting bored with arm training and it felt a lot better, sometimes I just need to change things about lol.
