That's an epic breakfast, I could happily wake up to that every morning on our island getaway
LOL We need to add chicken's and pigs to the list.... this list is getting bigger bigger.
I was laying laminate today (only thing I have laid for a while) just got to finish it off tomorrow.... funnily enough I started getting some back pumps off all the bending nothing to bad though ......it must be the dbol kicking in.Thats because we were talking about them I have jinxed myself.
Bike today distance 17.8km,. Time 35 mins,,,level 3,,,,cals burned 437
Felt good normally my legs are aching like hell but today no aches or anything
Might be a different story tomorrow though lol.
I won't want back pumps bent over building and taking apart 3 beds that's for sure. Might have to get myself an extra beer or 2 in
They were bad again today but finally finished the flooring I worked late so didn't get round to my bike session.
Weekly weigh in sees me at 91.6kgs so the cardio seems to be paying off plus mid section is looking better also it's looking like I am not retaining water off the dbol so all good so far.
Had a lazy day at work today as couldn't be bothered to do much but still managed to bang my finger nail straight into the wall and it's still throbbing now.

Thought it was time to get back into it properly, benching felt heavy tbh but hit all the reps and the rest went ok.Still struggling a bit with diet but it will soon put itself right.
There's bound to be some intracellular water so you'll no doubt be able to wave another kg or 2 off that weigh in IMO. Nce work to get back in to the real world training wise now tho, get some newbie gains again

Yeah I am going to tweak the routine a bit just to get a bit variety in there but got to admit things felt heavy so not firing on all cylinders yet.
Missed yesterday's session so hit the shed today instead.

Hammered through this one today,well happy with the benching and also found I can do cg press on the new bench so adds something else.Changed a couple of things on my routine just to stop me getting bored.All in all a good one.

Ooorah I have to say it felt good it was one of them days where everything just clicked.
Chucking it down today so did a little bit work inside a static and then called it a day.

There's a few changes and I am finding a good working weight to use but a good one overall.
Back on the bike tomorrow will try for 45 mins but that could proof a bit ambitious lol
Get an extra cushion on the seat and you'll be golden.... it's the numbness I get riding a bike that does my head
That's the thing why can't they make a seat that's comfortable and doesn't make your bollox numb.

Set off at a leisurely pace but soon got caught up in trying to get to 500cals my legs were shot to bits and had a proper wobbly walk back to the house.
I was fcukin starving after that and probably ate well more than the 500 I had burnt off......this could well prove to be a floor in my weight loss program.
Sounds like my Mrs.... ooh, I've done half a hour exercise, can we stop off for an eclair and costa on the way home LOL
