Cheers Ronnie I have passed your well wishes on.

DV my mam has a good few friends on the site she's a right little social butterfly. She loved her day out looking at chainsaws and building stuff LOL.Her party was awesome well for everybody else it was, food looked gorgeous but the bastards had nothing gluten free whatsoever so I sat there with a cup of tea whilst everyone stuffed their faces but my mam loved it and was over the moon that everyone had made such a effort.Plus she got a load of presents.

Big job at the minute is building retaining walls all around the bottom site so digging out the footings and filling them in with concrete at the minute then got a load of block work to go up.Doesn't help that the gravel and sand were dropped nowhere near the build so everything has to moved by wheelbarrows. Its bloody hard graft and was well happy that I had a day off today but back into it tomorrow.

I reckon another fortnight should see it all in.............if I last that long LMAO.

That's really nice for her that so many people have welcomed her in to the community, no wonder she's keen to stay...obviously they don't want you hanging around hence the lack of gluten free food but hey...

You have more DIY skills in your pinkie than I have in my whole body

She's right at home over here plus after the party there was loads of cakes left so that made her birthday even better LOL.

The diy thing is my mams fault when her and my dad got divorced any work around the house became my job but I drew the line at wallpapering and painting but she was awesome at that anyway.

Managed to get something in my eye today whilst grinding down some re bar I have tried rinsing it out and even had a go with a wet cotton bud as that usually does the trick but can't get it,it's bloody hurting now and bloodshot to fcuk hoping it will work itself out in the morning.

    Bike session today 45 mins,level 3 , distance 24.3kms,cals 608

Stepped it up slightly on the time and finally broke 600cals ......this better pay off.

I am trying although this week my diet could have been a lot better or should I say cleaner lol.

Had a bad night last night my poking about with a cotton bud really inflamed my eye the pain was really bad and it was watering like fcuk all night so didn't sleep well at all.Today my eye was swollen and still watering had to wear sunglasses as couldn't take the light very well, went to the chemist got some drops and cream and even though I am sitting in the dark it seems to have stopped watering so much and the pain isn't as bad.So no harm done.

Worked like a dog today and my legs had suffered enough so dropped them for this one.

    Week 7 first one

    Legs/chest/tris

    Bench 110x8,112x8,114x8,116x8
    Incline 90x8,92x8,94x8
    Db pullovers 24x10,24x10,24x10

    Cg bench 60x8,62x8,64x8
    Tri ext 36x10,36x10,36x10

    Wrist curls 42x15,42x15,42x15,42 to fail.

Totally fcuked up and ended up doing my third session first I could say I am rotating my workouts but that would be bollox. As I said dropped leg work as just off the graft they were beat and a bit achey the rest was a good suprise weights going up nicely and still keeping everything tight.

Weekly weigh in 90.8kgs so haven't lost or put any on so I will take that one.

You were poking a cotton bud in to your eye....

If you're holding weight and you've been a little slack on the diet front then that's no bad thing

I always have a go with a wet cotton bud usually it works great but this time it went a bit tits up but today it appears to be on the mend the watering has slowed down and the swelling is getting better, still bloodshot to hell and the sun was hurting it but on the whole it's sorting itself out.

Was surprised on the weight front just happy it stayed the same going to do a better job on the diet this week though so might loose a bit more.

Another heavy day done but my cement mixer has finally given up the ghost luckily it broke down on the last mix so got today's job finished. Will be off to buy a new one tomorrow but can't complain as I have had this one for 4 years and it was only a cheap one but it's done some graft.

    Week 7 second one

    Shoulders/back/biceps

    Seated press 40x8,40x8,42x8,44x8
    Wg upright 42x8,44x8,46x8,
    Bent over flys 12x10,12x10,12x10

    Bench row 50x8,52x8,54x8,56x8
    Cg pulldowns 36x8,37x8,38x8
    Straight arm pulldown 18x10,18x10,18x10

    Hammer curls 42x8,42x8,42x8
    Sa cable curls 18x10,24x10,24x10

    Wrist curls 48x15,48x15,48x15,48 to fail

Bit of a lackluster one today the weights are going up just didn't feel on top of things, went into this pretty tired probably off the graft and my eye was painful today so that didn't help things.

Might increase carbs a bit during the day to cater for all the graft and see if that helps things along.

What was up with your eye in the first place to be poking a cotton bid in it?.

I wouldn't fret the training too much of you are cutting, you will have days where you are flat and numbers aren't there if you are trying to lose some fat

Smashing those calories on the cardio, I only hit around 250 or so on my 5k walks. Suppose that leaves you room for more cheesecake tho.

Metal shard in the eye... nice, not!

I am actually enjoying the cardio but I only do 3 sessions a week where as you walk every morning so when you actually total them both up we are not that far apart plus you dropped 15kgs and I am struggling like fcuk to drop 2 LMAO.

I really should wear safety glasses when grinding but I never bother could be time for a rethink but on the plus it is actually getting a bit better still bloodshot and swollen but has stopped watering now.

Bought a chocolate cheesecake today heaven on a plate, turns out that the info on Spain and it's borders was wrong it's only if you fly or ferry in that you have to produce a recent covid test so driving over from Portugal is fine so we will be going over regularly...... time to step up the bike work LOL.

Day off grafting today which was about fcukin time.

    Week 7 third session

    Legs/chest/tris

    Leg ext 40x8,42x8,44x8,45x8
    Single leg curls 24x10,24x10,24x10

    Bench press 110x8,114x8,116x8,118x8
    Incline 90x8,92x8,94x8
    Cable flys 24x10,24x10,24x10

    Tri pushdowns 42x8,48x8,48x8
    Sa tri ext 18x10,24x10,24x10

    Wrist curls 48x15,48x15,48x15,48 to fail

Much stronger one today just shows how much this heavy graft actually takes out of me.Everything moved great and managed to up the weights and keep form bang on so it's getting there.

I have noticed a big change in my anxiety levels lately they are nowhere near what they used to be and I am handling shops/crowds with very little problems whatsoever.Plus sleep is much better.

    Currently running

    100mgs test e (weekly)
    80mgs of mast e (weekly)
    5mgs cialis (daily)

    25mgs of b6 (once daily)
Full spectrum vit and mineral (once daily)
Cod liver oil 1000mg (twice daily)
Betaine hcl 648mg ( two with every meal)
2000mg vit c (once at night)
750mg magnesium glycinate (1 hour before bed)

And that's the lot, also the carb cycling seems to be helping with my whacked out cortisol levels but will get another test done in the near future to see if that's the case.
