Been there, done that... it's no fun at all
I've done funner things. Worst part is the wife has to take the eldest to college interviews now so I have to walk 3 miles to get the car. Was sweating buckets just popping down to get the little one. On the plus side MOT passed with not even a minor and they found a hairline crack in the coolant tank that was the cause of the leak under heavy load so fingers crossed I dodged a big one there.

Not to bad considering poor diet and other things the last few days. Bench up on back off by a rep. Machine press up on top set by a rep. Lat raise up 2kg. Dips up on reps on both plus an extra bw set. Skulls down a bit but I think dips being in instead of pec dec effected them more so all good. Changed to x pushdown which pumped the crap out of the tris.
All in all ok.
Upper body when feeling tender can be entertaining, all looks solid enough there tho
Leg day fun today. Funny ache in my left quad the last few weeks. Feels almost like an isolated pip type lump pain but I've not put a shot in there in a long long time. It's leaving me a bit cautious as I know a few who've had slight aches like it and then gone on to get a tear. That said a job needed to be jobbed.

Ok session. Leg discomfort died after a bit. Leg press, seated ham curl, seated calf raise and split squat were up in weight. Good girls were up in reps. Everything else held fairly steady. Volume was up overall on last week as well so very happy with that as I felt like crap on leg day the last few weeks but today felt amazing

If only! Weight stacks just too light so I’m having to improvise. Noticed since I’ve done these more regular squats and leg press went up a lot easier. Legs look a lot better to now that I have adductors lol

Cracking wee session that. @dirtyvest loved the plate preachers. Burn came in crazy on the last few reps and was a very comfortable movement.
Racks were up in reps. Felt pretty wiped out after them though so concentrated on very slow precise form on the rows. Was completely screwed by that point and the LPD was in use so did what I could on pull-ups instead. Again kept it slow with full paused stretch at the bottom and a pause at the top to. Rear x went back in for the first time in weeks and again concentrated on slow form here to. Added in shrugs and quickly remembered why I stopped doing them as they tend to pull something in my left pec. Bit tender now but such is life. Found my range on the new preacher movement so will start progressing this after this week. Db curl was up a rep and preacher machine was up 2kg for equal reps. Nice end to a burning week lol

Still alive! Just took a few days off of all internet use and social media. Find it quite refreshing now and again to switch off my phone and head back to the 90’s lol
Got 5 days of training in this week and averaged 15k steps a day. Dam near killed me in this heat but kids factor 50 saved my skin at least. Definitely feel beat up and even popped a Diazepam Wednesday to get a good sleep in. Unfortunately I was still screwed the next day from it so had a real stoner session Thursday that saw some really crazy lifting including 50kg db inclines for 20 with slow deep form even though it was the 4th pec movement and 5th heavy set lol. I only stopped at 20 due to my arm giving way otherwise I think I’d still be there now!
Normal service to resume next week.......although I have to admit to feeling a lot less agitated having disconnected from the internet world for a bit so who knows
Sounds like a good week, mate, for me the net is an escape for the real life frustrations LOL I rarely let anything on the web bother TBH DB strength looking grand
Don't really get bothered by much either. Just find it nice not to be a slave to it and the constant flux of information.

Well then. Bench set up felt so good that despite there being no spotter I decided to go for the 3 plates on my own. All reps with a super slow decent and exploded up. Proper happy as I set a target of getting 140x9 by the end of the year and I'm half way there now in July. Everything else held pretty steady. Dips and machine press gained a rep at the top. Left arm was weak as so I lost a couple on the FP. No fucks given as I'm ripping 3 plates lol. Now mentally I know I can un rack and control it time to push on.
Double digits on 140 would be pretty nice stuff
Nothing much to report. Between the heat, increased heat from Tren and averaging 2-4 hours of broken sleep a night all reps are down. Weights are holding steady so all is good there.
On the plus side it’s more sides than I’ve had from Tren in years and I’m using sod all of it compared to previous so at least it’s likely real lol I’m at least looking good from it which is a plus and the god like confidence and well being that everyone references but I’ve never had is there. Which is nice.
