It's a classic over-use style injury, one thing that can sometimes present itself like tennis elbow is there's a very small muscle under the biceps insertion over the elbow joint/crease, it's a small muscle about 4" inches long which can be surprisingly restrictive if it's become inflamed in the same way but you need to get your finger/thumb under the tendon (kind of push it out of the way and dig your finger in, then work on that area, you'll soon know cos it will be painful)

@Ronnie_Malenko I've been plauged with Golfer's elbow on and off throughout training. It finally gave out when doing last couple of standing shoulder presses using dumbells...torn rotator cuff and strained elbow tendons. Took 6 weeks off training and started taking 3-6g of MSM powder daily and also added collagen to morning coffee. Both items purchased from Amazon. The pain slowly subsided and only rears its ugly head on heavy sets.

    Absolutely...

Out of curiosity, do you use EZ bar for curls?

EZ bar is the worse for making mine flair up,

no issues if i use a straight bar though, mine is definitely work related rather than lifting... But obviously they both go hand in hand

Funnily enough mine flares right up when I use the cordless screwdriver that's why I wear a wrist splint when I use it now.

I was going to say for screwing but it didn't sound right.
