Got to the gym early this morning and had my coffee there while doing my mobility bits, band stuff, traction stuff and yoga stuff. About 30mins worth. Just as well I did it early as I was in the gym just over 2.5hrs all said and done LOL Still weighing 106 so cool with that for the week, balances out as about a kg up since my 2-300 cal a day increase. Flat Smith Bench: 10x20, 8x40, 7x60, 4x80, 92.5x13, 12, 11, 10 Incline Cable Flye: #4+2.5kg x16, 14, 12, 11, 10 Supported DB Row 30deg: 10x27.5, 37.5s x14, 12, 11, 10, 9 Alternating V bar Chins: BW x12, 10, 8, 7, 5 Spider EZ Curl: 20x17, 14, 13, 12, 11 Smith was moving comfortably, not necessarily easier (that would be asking too much) but nice enough. Kept sets the same but did manage about 3 extra reps altho I'm not 100% whether I had less RIR than I should have had. Cable work felt better than of late on the shoulder, got good reps getting extra reps on my sets and also putting in an extra set. Supported rows felt good, none of the usual pinching I get when stretched doing rows today. Good few extra reps had and also the added set on the end so hit the spot there. Played around a bit on my chins set up, reps were tough but every set had a different set up I think. Should still be doing better but I guess I am fatigued at this point. Finally spider curls, again got a few extra reps out early and then tagged another on and biceps feeling like they had paid their dues.
