    Roller and stretch to finish, no cardio but cycled in.


    Head lost it today thanks to me chatting and the guy asking how my step-son has been recently LMAO properly distracted after venting about that. On the plus side, to get 2 sets of 3 in quick succession aint all bad. It was all OK after that altho I felt weak on my dropsets and I felt my FP should have been better.... APART from that tho....


    No training tomorrow. Mrs has something planned due to my moaning of our lack of alone time. She's packed some of my stuff too but we can't afford much this month so I hope she's been sensible - failing that, she's packed my stuff to kick me out!!!!

    LOL cheers, mate. It wasn't the dirtiest of dirty weekends, far from it, but it was nice to be away from the kids for a couple of days - just went to the old man's caravan for 2 nights.


    Last weeks highlights: training was good, solid lifts teh whole week. Got our new laminate laid and it's looks sooooo much better than our old carpet. And avoided doing any major DIY on my week off, bonus! (oh, and the Mrs finally 'delivered' - bless, think she felt sorry for me in the end LOL)


    On to today:


    FS: 5x60, 80, 3x100, 2x120, 1x130, 2x145 dropset to 100x12 w/2mins rest


    then 107.5 for 5sx3r w/90secs for speed work


    Ext: 110x12, 12, 12, 12 w/60secs rest


    RDL: 5x70, 110, 150, 180 w/2mins rest


    Curl: 65x15, 14, 11 w/60secs rest


    3 min calves


    Roller and stretch to finish, no time for cardio but cycled in.

    Roller and stretch to finish, no time for cardio, cycled in tho.



    Good session today, felt in control. My last double was a dodgey 142.5 so pleased with todays lift. The rest was all good too. Nearly got all 9 on teh 50s, Xover work was up and arms felt good too.

    ATM I'm about 16'4 or so at 6'1" tall


    However, despite being happy with my condition, I had a shocking session today so am in a proper foul mood LOL


    DL: 5x70, 120, 3x140, 2x160, 2x180, 1x200, 1x215 then bombed 3x trying 230 so squeezed out 1x220 eventually and nothing on a 225 w/2mins rest


    then 140x 6x 3 w/90secs rest


    Chins: BWx 10, 10, 10 w/90secs rest dropset to LPD 72.5x12


    Hammer Row: 110x 7, 7, 7, 7 w/90sec srest


    Kneeling Shrug: 50s x 12, 12, 12


    Roller and stretch to close no time for cardio due to DL tantrumming


    Really pissed off that after 220x3 last week I couldn't even nail a single on 230, and I tried 3 times. Could be one of many factors TBH, not least of all me being a fucking pussy - made everything else irrelevant despite improving on them all.

    Solid session today. 135x5 was a piece of piss in the end. The rest was solid. No cardio as I was called out by the mrs who had been out doing what women do on bank hols (apart from create jobs lists for us men)

    Very happy with that for me, struggle on 132.5 when I last had a 5 rep week and nailed 135 fine. The rest was strong too, gained on everything but the DB curls.

    You really can't see how bloody good your physique is in the videos. I knew it was a cracker because I was around many moons ago when you posted up pic's on mt around or just before your little one was born.

    Cheers, mate, I'm flattered. I actually weighed in at 16'8 this week. Now I haven't put on 4lbs since last week so I must have had the scales on the wonk last time. Around the time my boy was born could be about right, I'd have been a lot less lean back then.... think I saw them when sifting thru my old phones a month or so back LOL

    Killer today. Hot for starters but then my determination to not be defeated by 95x5 for a second time wiped me out. Last time round I lost my focus, this time my balance. Thankfully after a regroup I nailed it. To then get 5x80 strict and I was done. Dropsets all suffered from there on. But somehow I managed to improve on all my heavy tricep stuff.
