Head lost it today thanks to me chatting and the guy asking how my step-son has been recently LMAO properly distracted after venting about that. On the plus side, to get 2 sets of 3 in quick succession aint all bad. It was all OK after that altho I felt weak on my dropsets and I felt my FP should have been better.... APART from that tho.... No training tomorrow. Mrs has something planned due to my moaning of our lack of alone time. She's packed some of my stuff too but we can't afford much this month so I hope she's been sensible - failing that, she's packed my stuff to kick me out!!!!
