Just wondering what peoples thoughts on high dosage vitamin c are these days. Used to think it was a bit of bro science or jus for people competing to help with water loss taking in crazy amounts to act as a mild diuretuic Interestingly though the chap I buy b12 jabs from says he may be getting Vitamin C ones soon which I have never even heard off. I wonder if there is any benefit to jabbing a mega dose? Not idea what is in each amp and how often it needs to be taken but might be easier than remembering to take a few every day if indeed it works that way. If its like the b12 that only needs jabbing every 4/5 weeeks and is relatively cheap then I might be interested but its not something I have ever come acrosss Anyone seen or used in injectable form? Never thought I would see the day but there must be method to the madness? Or is it a load of BS?
