All trained ppl inc natural have enlargement to a degree.

    Mick's issues are hereditary.

So what prompted the ECG and did you go privately?

Every 6 months mate for the rest of my life that's owing to a hier heart condition passed down from my mams side of the family

Full bloods also only ever been one issue and that was liver values being raised owing to me running 1g of Tren for over 20 weeks once I stopped the Tren things went back to normal

It seems like you are really down bout the enlarged heart honestly until you get the heart scan don't sweat it too much mate

If you take your health seriously then bloods only don't cut it you need the heart scan too tbh

If you want any more details or need to know anything on this type of stuff I'm not a doctor but have years of personal experience so just ask not a problem me talking openly bout things if it helps you

I didn't go private , although if I do get the all clear , which I didn't see a possibility untill i sighed a breath of fresh air after hearing some of you guys I will do and go regularly.

I used the opportunity of which I'm pretty sure to be deep intercostal pain as a good reason / excuse to get checked . Mybe this all got to me as I wasn't expecting the ECG results . Maybe I shouldn't have been nosey by looking at the details of the ECG and reading up on all the points .

Sorry for all the late and delayed replys , I'm very busy .

Thanks Mick appricate your time . Well its good to know they are keeping an eye on your health . When was your last heart scan and Is this something you have checked on regular basis , or feel the need to ?

Thanks for clearing up some points mate your correct I am actually really concerned , as your hear of so many pros and amature bodybuilders in that fact of heart failure , I'm guessing this is due to heart enlargment but the arteries not increasing like wise and hardening , what your take on this ?

Thanks again for the reassuring me I will wait for the scan and then plan my training around that .

Last heart scan 10/03/2014 next one September 2014

It gets checked as routine owing to the Hier. Condition passed down in my family

I can't speculate on those that have passed but from my understanding its when reccy drugs and aas are involved - cocaine puts a massive strain on the heart

    I don't mix the 2

I don't drink alcohol understand I've been no angel in the past but for the sake of my Bairns I no longer take the piss with things thinking I'm invincible

My condition is now under control and I live a normal life only thing that is different I take 2 tablets on a morning and get checked out every 6 months

It's more as a precaution than anything the specialist I see knows I use aas has no issue with it and finds it fascinating tbh how disciplined we are with diet etc

Well on the 29th of March this year I buried a very good friend of mine who died at the age of 23 of Lymphoma. I'm the same age as him, lived in the same place, worked the same job, have the same friends. His advice to me while he was still alive was to do what made me happy. Life is too short to sit around wondering what could have been.

My exes daughter of 3years old has just been diagnosed with leukaemia, possibly travelled to the brain too.

Life is a cruel bitch sometimes. Make the most of everyday and do what makes you and your loved ones happy.

    Poor fucker.

Think we can all relate to it in a way as well. Often find myself staring at a loaded 4-5ml barrel and laughing at the absurdity of it all. Throwing all those ml's into yourself for what?

    Ego.... That's all it is.

Seems ego overules all common sense, all survival instinct, everything. Freud was right.... He was also a junkie. He prob knew the feels we all know.
