What food's do you eat in a week?

    BCAA

    Turkey Breast Mince

    Brussel Sprouts (little bit of sesame oil)

    Extra Lean Round Steak Mince

    Broccoli (sometimes with bit of Frank's red hot)

    Smoked Coley

    Green Pepper (sometimes little bit of mustard or soy)

    0% Fat cottage Cheese (little bit of cinnamon)

     

    Sat & Sun

    Diced Lamb

    Mixed Pepper

     

    Lamb's Liver

    Mushroom

     

    Prawn

    Oriental Stir Fry 

    Rhubarb or Frozen berries or Sugar Free Jelly

    Greek Yoghurt

    Carbs:

    Rice 
    Potato

    Corn flakes

    Small amounts of pasta (I have a wheat intolerance)

    All vegetables


    Fats:

    Eggs

    All nuts (buy them mixed)

    Olive oil

    Olives

    Avocado

    Coconut oil
    Nut butters

    With regards to whole food generally during the week it will be some kind of mix of this stuff. Don't stray too far from this list to be fair..

    Chicken breast


    Steak


    Beef mince


    Greek Yoghurt


    Carbs -


    White Rice


    Oats


    Granola


    Honey


    White potato


    Fats -


    Peanut butter


    Evoo


    Cashews


    I eat a lot of fruit like pineapple, berries, melon and the like. Veg is pretty boring, usually just broccoli or string beans. I also drink stuff like Actimel and eat a fair amount of pickled foods like gherkins and saur kraut.
