What I stuff in my gob ED [not c---k]

Ok I can write a perfect healthy diet, I know my shit ,this is budget/time oriented.

Bulking.  90-91k   -activity -moderate to jogging about playing ref.

Electrolytes and ice lemon tea thru the day ,I need it ,trust me probably 50-60 grams of sugar

1/ 6 egg cheese/veg omelette + oats /whey   

2/ Oats/whey/ fruit + can tuna/mayo 

3/ half chicken skin and all  \watermelon\apple or orange

4/other half of same chicken or a close relative or 1st chicken \ fruit

TRAIN -might try BCAA's cause whey make me burp hence no milk :-( 

5/ 5 egg pancake with whey + 50g oats

I love yogurt ,I LOVE Milk ,it makes me big and strong but my gut won't have it ,pregnant straight away.

Carbs low cause running about alot .

Got loads of EVOO and coconut oil but ....fuk knows where to put it, I ain't downing it .
