Which Forum?

Afternoon fellas.
Bit of confusion but which forum is the main one out of the T-Muscle and UGM that are displayed in the top left corner of the screen?
So far I have only been clicking on UGM.
Do people use and post on both or do you pick your preferred and stick to that one only?
Enjoying the forum so far and hope I’ve not come across a bit stupid here.

apart from my thoughts on subjects, there's less bro-science on here.

 

That suits me, I’m more for personal experiences and not so much the bro science side of things.

 

This is where you come if you can't be arsed with politics, pretenders or people who actually do half the stuff they say. Which includes everything. Not just AAS.

I read both, rarely post on either. UGM is quieter, but more chilled I think.

I have saved that as living with a menopausal woman I am not use to people saying something nice........cheers.

 

I am in both, but this is home. Glad there is a bit of life back in it!
