@Irish Beast ye it’s over now, 3 series plus a long goodbye episode.
Ive changed my vote to when I can but not consistent as I think thats fair! Cant claim to be regular when Ive done 2 sessions!= but am certainly not sitting around scratching my arse!

doing at least 4x sesh a week and 1x 30min spin bike a day.
got a coach for the first time so got a fresh view on diet and training. Dropped 10lbs in two weeks from new diet. Look so much better for it but loss of weight is a head fuck as i struggle to put weight on and maintain it. Hes cut loads of fats out my diet so looking lean now. He said i'll lose weight then rebuild.
Glad to hear its going well anyway. Did you always do that much cardio? Pretty sure I recall you saying you done none! My plan is to cycle to the gym and back a couple of times a week (5 miles) but in this weather there is not a hope in hell. It would be far too dangerous!
yeah ive never done cardio until now. Started 2 weeks ago with coach and hes got me doing 30mins of spin mid week on a rest day. Did it the first week but due to work load last week with all the Fresher Uni events on i didnt have time last week to do it. Was gonna do it sunday instead but was absolutely shattered by the end of the week. Got about 5hrs sleep per day. Got home at 5m one morning to be picked up for debt job 8am the same morning, was fucked.
Looks like he's got you well back into it again,even convinced you to do a spin bike session.......holy shit he's good lol

LOL You've opened a Pandoras box now mate agreeing to do cardio never mind the stair master you might up in a leotard in a bloody zumba class !!
I've done a couple of spin classes in my time and they are a bitch. First time I thought it was a joke about doing press ups on the handle bars etc but joke was on me. Made it though the hour but was cramping like hell and completely destroyed. Following week I went full of electrolytes and stims so wasn't as bad. The guy from work who went with me lasted about 10 minutes on the first session. I was actually quite fit at that time, wouldn't last 15 minutes now!
I remember TREBOR telling me he had done a spin class and the instructors had took the seats off the bikes.Reckoned he was just about dead by the end of it !!
Ha my instructor was the gayest man ever so if he took the saddles off the bikes Id have run for the door!!
He used to mince about saying things like "I'm just going to play with your knobs (resistance) now" in a very effeminate voice which was incredibly off putting for some reason!
Back to the original poll and point of this topic apart from the seemingly homsexual undertones to cardio and spin classes. Good to see that everyone who voted is training to some degree now. Maybe the ones who aren't are too lazy to click the mouse!
