Why Is Natty Training So Shit?

I know that feel bro.

If I didn't value my hair I'd be on a low dose test cycle without hesitation; partly, because I know it'd give me dem gainz, but also because it'd make me a hell of a lot more consistent with training and diet. I might actually put some effort in too. lolz.

I'm bald so no probs there :D
 
IMO

Once you have taken any sort of gear, training natural is always going to be lacklustre and disappointing.

either stay natural or embrace the fact you will be using PEDs (at possibly increasing dosages) for as long as you wish to maintain that physique

Here's my take and keep in mind in the past 4 years i have done 3.5 of those *natural.
*My definition of natural is i took no steroids that would lead to hpta shut down. I will use OTC supplements that don't shut any thing down. I will use clomid when dieting to prevent natural levels falling too low. I will use any supplements i see fit to enhance my progress be that nicotine gum, kratom, fat burners.

What has this meant for me?
I dropped size initially and then stay there.
I can maintain 196-200lb at a true 10% bf.....so i am a pretty big guy at 5ft8....no freak but it's pretty obvious i am a bodybuilder.
To get very lean i need to lose muscle.
To gain lean tissue i need to gain fat.
I can be 210lb at 12-13% so that small amount of muscle gain does not make being fatter worth it.

How does training feel different? It doesn't training is training.
Dieting is a slower harder process but it still comes in to burning more than you intake.

I guess the biggest difference is you have to be ready to maintain a good physique instead of constantly improving.
Now i judge improvements by staying at a lower bf % compared to last year and so.
 
All the natty stuff is tiresome imo. Do what you do and do it for yourself. If goal is to impress hardcore bbers (and to a lesser extent the general public) then get on gear as chances are you arent going to manage it natty.

Was just tongue-in-cheek mate, with a lot of truth added in imo.

But granted I have been natty arsehole lately.
