Beef, chicken and cashew stirfry.

Another one of my favorites is:

Ingredients
Set#1
Peanut oil - 1 tbsp
Myprotein peanut butter - 1 tbsp
Chili oil - 1 tbsp
Set#2
Finely chopped garlic - 3 cloves
Finely chopped ginger - 4 tsps
Set#3
Diced chicken breast - 750g
Diced beef steak - 750g
Set#4
Low sodium soy sauce - 1/2 cup
Mangetout - 1/2 cup
Myprotein cashew nut - 50g
Chopped Broccoli florrets - 2 cups
Chopped Carrots - 85g
Water chestnuts - 140g

Equipment
Large frying pan
Sharp chopping knife
Wooden spoon

Process
1 Heat wok / pan, and add Set#1 ingredients once the wok/pan is hot.
2 When oil is bubbling hot, add Set#2 and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
3 Add Set#3, and stir fry until almost done.
4 Add Set#4 until the carrots, mangetout, broccoli are soft.

Comments
If your beef cuts are a little tough/chewy, you can dice them and soak them in pineapple juice overnight in the fridge.
Other herbs & spices can be added to the marinade to add additional flavours.

This meal makes a lot (c1.5Kg) of meaty food, with some nice flavours. The ingredients quantities can be adjusted as required, maintaining the rough ratios between the foods.
