Hi, Ive been looking online at the new " super food " Acai Berry. Im wanting to start to use when i start to goto the gym. But im just wondering, does it acually work, and what are the side affects to do you know of. Obv i know i would have to stick to a healthy diet and work out, but after piling on the pounds after having my daughter, i think its time for me to get back into shape..
