Newcy Journal

I actually joined the site quite a while ago but under a different username. Anyone know how to go about changing it to Newcy?
 
Goblet squat - 3x10 35kg
Bench press - 3x12 60kg
Underhand pull ups - 5 first set, then 5 sets of 2 with quickish rest
Cable fly - 15,15,20 40lb (I think)
Facepulls - 20x50,60,65lb
Straight bar curl - 8,8,8 rest pause another 5 25kg

20 minutes slow jog
 
No idea how to change, mate, I would imagine as per MT, contact admin and see if they can do it.

Getting more consistent now with these slightly bigger sessions.
 
I would contact admin.... now I am sure that's Dan's dept.........Ah well it was worth a try lol
