Asian Ginger Chicken & Mushrooms

1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 chopped chillies
1 chopped onion
1 chicken breast
80g rice (wild / long grain)
1 chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

We fry the chopped ginger and chilli briefly in olive oil. We use a wok or a normal frying pan. Now we cut the chicken breast into strips and add them to the already fried ingredients to the wok. Now we give the chopped onion varieties in the wok and keep shaking the wok so that everything is well fried. Finally, we add the rice and soy sauce and stir with a wooden spoon handle everything.
