@Hells Bells exactly what I'm doing mate. Tonne of broccoli on and will even have some mushed up with sweet spud for brekkie. To the civilian discussing but I'm looking forward to it!

Damage limitation in way of extra volume on legs and punish myself with sore cardio route tomorrow morning.

Not good enough and can't start to let slip now!

as your now not doing the Nabba and have extra time till UKBFF.

The biscuits will do fvck all in the grand scheme, just "potentially" mentally things can start to go
off the track that leads to major issues.

Talk to Brian and Ramsay, im sure they will come a running to boot you square in the testicles
to keep things on track.

Right i need to go ive bought a big bag of cadburys chocolate buttons and my names all over it...

@Rab - sort that **** out. Buscuits half way through a week, I would cut your cheat meal to make up for that. Stay strong Rab. Keep your eye on the end goal, as @Hells Bells has said above, letting complacency slip in at this stage would be a big error.

I used to think of it that there was someone identical to me doing everything the exact same so I had to go that extra mile and ensure there were absolutely no slip ups so I would be better.

Do u want good condition or absolutely peeled to the ****ing bone anatomy chart condition that would make joe public sick?

Stick with it!

445am rise (10 min earlier) for a bit extra cardio. I assure you's more pissed off with myself than anyone! Poor show at this point tbh with how easy I've had it....which is half the problem perhaps

Cheat meal is screwed back to a Thai for friends birthday only. no additional sh1t in the far or house like I'd usually have too!

I can't say it won't happen again infact....I usually fuk up a couple of times! Injust want to dig in and be inncondition for the nabba so i don't let complacency and indifference sink in which I'm afraid is happening! The indifference being the worst of all! Fact is my arse and back is still fat
 
harry ogg is competing this year i do know that... the scottish is his event but at least you will be pitted against one of the best. Dude was made for the classics.

Chill winston...we all slip....we all fck up.... its how long it takes for you to screw the noggin back on and get your act back together that counts.

My back and arse always ALWAYS come in last, it does with many guys...like a woman off her legs and tum.

Mate it's just one slip and you were straight back on it so no biggies. If you believed one slip up could fcuk you up you wouldn't have cheat meals. You could skip 1/2 days meals and be right back where you were.

Got a text from @Weeman this morning with a call to arms, screw the nut and working out how to get me skinless.

Nothing better to motivate and inspire than having a person in mind to go against who is superior

Few tweaks being made for sure this week. Things have moved forward still though sonindont expect anything drastic
 
Harry is a good friend and he is not competiting at scottish this year
