Ok in response to a recent comment that no one on here can be over 300lb and not be fat as fcuk, im 321lb and though not lean im def not fat as fcuk!
So anyone on here over 300lb is as fat as fcuk!

massive credit to you, if chest is bought up you will be a force. waist looking much tighter, cant wait to see you progress this year

That is some serious muscle D. Large n' in charge! I agree with JW's comments on the potential to bring up traps more. I suspect part of the look is down to your wide clavicle structure (most enviable I must add!).

My left pectoral major is completely detatched mate did it 15 years ago stopped training for over 11 years because of it , get alot of shoulder problems on my left side and it holds my chest development back as a whole
