HAHAHA, I only ripped one getting it off and that's cos I'd been on errrrrrrm some stuff a girl gave me in Pacha to dance with her all night
 
Ok so had a night out on saturday, before people moan it was planned and mentioned at the start of the journal... It was a bit of a fcuk up, managed to pull a few times etc but lost an expensive watch, and this has left me devastated as im struggling to come to terms with it! I still feel like sh!t as there was a lot of alcohol drunk, and im still in a terrible mood :sneaky2:

so 3 weeks in, half way, any progress to report?

Bf is dropping but i need to get to a gym and continue weights, as i am losing a little muscle...

Not had any gear for a month though

Yeah its not good mate, not got transport and the gym is a round trip of 80 minutes on foot, my neighbour has said i can use her car but i'd feel cheeky asking all the time... and tbh i have not even been taking any AAS for a month and been inconsistent with the HGH, although im in the right direction but don't have enough time to be in the shape i want tbh, its only a few weeks away now.... but tbh i can't complain i'll still look good enough
