Squats - 110kg - 5/3/3/2/2
Bench - 80kg - 5/5/5/3/3
BORs - 70kg - 5/5/5/5/5

Strange session really. Felt a little tired....
Squats, think I'm starting to get intimidated by the weight on these a little now, also form is always at the back of my mind...
Bench fairly decent think I may get there next session.
BORs fine.

Felt a little shaky and drained this week, maybe 3-4 months of dieting straight taking its toll.....,dunno. Also been feeling hungry this week which I've not had throughout the diet. Have dropped cals this week by about 70-100 cals.
That's only a small drop could that really make the difference regarding hunger.......not sure.
 
Fcuked my rotator cuff again.
Felt it about an hour after training and got worse in the evening.

Feels better this morning but I think I'm gonna need a rest for a few days.

So annoying, that's twice now so gonna need to address it.
I had been doing shoulder breakers which seemed to manage it quite well.
Gonna have to do some more work on it.
 
From benching? Thats shit mate.
I mainly stick to decline as never get shoulder issues with that. I flat bench after so lighter weight and stick to slightly higher reps. I screwed my shoulder in a bike accident.

Possibly benching but possibly from squatting.
Oddly enough that's how it started last time, maybe the angle I had my arms at or something...

Done some shoulder breakers today seems to be healing quickly
 
I've hurt my left shoulder benching and squatting, it's better since I switched to low bar oddly.
Hope its better soon buddy. Swimming is supposed to be ace for shoulder health.
 
The Mobilitywod guy, Kelly Starrett says the best thing for shoulder health is doing the banded bully.
It's one I do, plus I find it's helped me get my arms back further.
 
Quick update.

Trained Monday awful session.

Squats 110kg - 5/5/2/2/0
OHP - rested
Deads - 137.5kg - 0

Ok so basically started off ok on squats and then just collapsed.
Quite literally on the last set safety bars took the weight.
Shoulder was still not 100% tried testing a bit on the warm up but wasn't happy.
Deads was a joke couldn't even lift the bar off the floor !!!

Also being skinny and still cutting has started fcuk ing with my head.
Starting to get comments off people telling me to put on weight etc.
Felt a bit fed up.

Spoke to Dtlv about it and we're gonna start lean bulk at the weekend.
This is slightly earlier than planned and some may not feel I'm lean enough yet. But for me I'm just fading away and the fear is how low I have to go in weight before I'm properly lean.

The target was 160 pounds and I reckon by the weekend il be round about 162 pounds so pretty close.

To be honest I would much rather pack some size on and cut back again later on if necessary. My goals aren't to be ripped up anyway, I just wanna look like I train, look fairly big in t-shirt without getting too fat.
Staying below about 15% body fat.

Basically look bigger and better than the average joe, so not unrealistic.

Looking forward to eating more and hopefully gain some good quality size.
