so my friend has a 3kg bag of said powder, he went to the gym maybe three times and gave up ( classic). I'm thinking of buying the lot off him for £20 which is cheap considering it's £45 from there site.

Just wanted to know if anyone has used it before and if so would they recommend?

Soy protein, dextrose and maltodextrin are the first three ingredients. I wouldn't use it for free!

Knowing you can get 5kg of Hercules I believe for 30 quid or thereabouts I know what id be doing.

Well... you will be able to, from Tuesday (probably Monday though). Next day delivery though... haven't been able to say that before!!

Are you struggling to eat enough?

At your level of calories you'd be better getting used to eating more food.

That's true. And add some coconut oil, peanut butter and even shots of decent olive oil (not own brand supermarket shit cut with ethanol).

And I sell gainers for a living.... kinda..

But your gainers have oats and good quality protein sources. Not just sugar and other nastiness...
For convenience a good mass gainer is ideal to have to hand...

Hercules has amylopectin from waxy maize starch, MCT oil and egg whites in there too... I made something that pretty much resembled what I blended up in the days before I could afford any kind of gainer, and tried to make it cost less for the end consumer.

Okay guys.... new question to avoid keyboard warriors...

Best stuff out there on your opinions? Guessing Hercules is the one. By the sounds of it
