Asking For A Friend - Decca & Anavar Cycle

I have a mate who's working out with me

He wants to run Anavar for cutting 25mg per day
1ml x Decca 300mg

He is already stocky and built. Is this cycle okay to run ?
 
why has he opted for this combination ?

you can do anything on anything, bulk / cut as diet is the major driver, however imo this is an odd choice and decca with no test is no ideal for either bulking or cutting imo.

however, I'm sure some Instagram guru will say it's awesome.
 
Ah okay he chose this to cut and have strength gains at the same time is why he wanted to run this cycle.

Would it be okay to not add test ? Or is it a must ?
 
He is alot more built than me and I am a fair bit taller

needs some Cardio and some dieting...both which come cheaper than Decca and anavar...and minus the health negatives too
