Ab workout routine

Currently doing abs 2-3 times per week weighted crunches & reverse crunches 3-4 sets. is it too little ? Sustainability is key to me as I am now 56 & do not want to stop training, & definitely do not want to overtrain. However I want my abs showing the pack. Should I add another ab exercise to my abdominal routine ?
 
Looks amazing! I think that holding planks are severely underrated... They're not just for abs but have an effect on most core muscles!
 
Your current ab routine sounds reasonable, but adding another exercise can provide additional stimulus for muscle growth and definition.

Consider exercises like planks, Russian twists, or leg raises to target different areas of the core.
