The HMB, creatine & whey protein seem to be helping a great deal. Only been on the Hmb for 2 weeks & my poundage is up in all lifts. Recovery is bang on 3 days as long as I don't overdo it. Did deadlifts, Hex bar squats & reverse crunches for 5 sets pyramid fashion. Getting a lifting belt was a good idea 1 min of bouncing on the balls of my feet between sets. Quite happy with my progression & looking forward to my rest now couple miles walk this evening & I should sleep well. Cheers.
 
Nice one, mate. Sounds like your routine is dialled in those pyramid sets with deadlifts and Hex bar squats must be brutal. Good call on the lifting belt too. Let us know how the HMB works out long term.
