The HMB, creatine & whey protein seem to be helping a great deal. Only been on the Hmb for 2 weeks & my poundage is up in all lifts. Recovery is bang on 3 days as long as I don't overdo it. Did deadlifts, Hex bar squats & reverse crunches for 5 sets pyramid fashion. Getting a lifting belt was a good idea 1 min of bouncing on the balls of my feet between sets. Quite happy with my progression & looking forward to my rest now couple miles walk this evening & I should sleep well. Cheers.
