I have used Metrex Whey and currently use Reflex Whey and have found both to be decent products.

I am thinking about using MP Whey as my all rounder in future as the price is good and it seems to be a popular choice.

Do you have a favourite generic Whey powder?

I use BSD's Whey and EAAs. MP's stuff is fine too though, but for whey I slightly prefer BSD's as it seems to taste a little smoother.

Reflex instant whey and gaspari myofusion are my staple powders

BSD, but I did help start up the firm!

Glad to see the pirate here :D

Yeah, my pick of BSD stuff is also slightly influenced by getting loads of free whey off them in exchange for a bit of writing... do genuinely rate their products though.

I'm using a Dutch brand (XXL Nutrition). Composition of 2/93/1 grams of c/p/f and great taste.

bulksuppsdirect for powders. MP for other bits and bobs such as pepto pro.

Optimum nutrition for nice tasting stuff

Dymatize Elite Whey, i get on really well with that product, good taste/good value for money.

Do you get bloated with MP stuff? I was suffering while taking their stuff.

Bloat is to blame mainly on salt and amount of carb intake, not on protein of specific brands hehe.

Extreme Whey for me!

Extreme Whey for me!

Dougie is the supplement equivalent of Mr Kipling; he does make exceedingly good shakes :lol::lol:

Although I am a pro6 man myself :D

When I need some unflavoured stuff or items Extreme doesn't carry, BSD or MP usually get a visit from me.
