looking alot bigger than last time I saw you Russ.....just one thing, if you've grown a beard I'm gonna come round yours and bitch slap ya...also get rid of your body hair, you know I prefer you smooth :)
 
Cheers mate. No dont worry I always have a 5oclock shadow, just got a bit lazy with the shaving before that pic. I wouldnt do that do you!

Last night was back/bis. Got to the gym late, so had to leave before I had finnished bis.

Pullups-

Single arm db rows-

Hyperextensions-

Bb curls-

Then the gym shut. Don't feel like I have hit my biceps hard recently, so might train them first next week then do light back afterwards.
