You guys are going to have to up your game for the squats. If Tans first video in this thread was recent and a valid entry for the competition it would of wiped the floor with the rest of you :D

thank you to all who voted for me and well done to everyone who entered , some great lifts so i am humbled and flattered to have won :)

its not the biggest of achievements in terms of bodybuilding (compared with winning a show or getting sponsered etc) but its a big achievement in itself that i am VERY proud off as i know how hard i pushed myself.

and that wasnt because the camera was on me or cause weeman was behind me throwing bicep shots left right and centre :laugh:

thats just how hard i always push myself and what all of my working sets are like :)

thanks again, i really appreciate this and it really means alot to me :)
