Had a rest week & went back to it today. Did bench press & hex bar rows as main lifts pyramid fashion. Bit of calf bouncing for 2 mins, forearm work plus 10 leg raises & 10 reverse crunches between main lifts superset 2mins rest. Failed on the bench at rep 6 & was going to call it a day but did 4 sets curls & tri extensions pyramid superset as a finisher & that does it for today. cheers
