Not sure how I could have gotten more intense/brutal though, couldn't even pull up an extra cm by the end lol... perhaps because I didn't use any weight :/ oh well...

Well done to the other entries too... although once @Jay_Kidda 's entry was pulled I felt I was at least in with a shot lol

Quite glad I gave it a go too. Normally I do pullups at the end of my back session so didn't usually use any extra weight. Loved them so much though I've moved them earlier in the session and have done them every week since.
