I am enjoying training at the moment.
When I feel I need to take a month off I will partake.
One "fat one" and my brain is so messed up I wont go near a gym for several weeks...which would be a problem as I own one LOL

I stayed off for a good few months then about 6 weeks ago a good friend I hadn't seen for a while was visiting me and suggested a good blaze in the garden would be appropriate.
I bought a quarter for the occasion and the stuff was fantastic, very compressed and moist.I have been back buying a quarter every week since.:confused:
 
Haha, I'm going to blaze one tonight.
Had a few beers so not sure if it's a good idea but there you go LOL

So 4th year write up.

Started my 3rd year weighing 266lb/120kg and have ended it weighing 251lb/113kg

Most of the year was spent hovering at 266lb up until about November time where I cleaned up my diet again and started dropping weight.

It’s been a hectic year with my old man going through chemo, moving out ofLondon, then moving back into London etc etc

Best lifts

Squat: 180kg/396lb x7

Bench: 140kg/303lb 3x5

Deadlift: 242.5kg/534lb x5

Standing Overhead Press: 100kg/220lb x1

Weighted Dips: BW +55kg/121lb x3

Wide Grip Pull Ups: BW +32.5kg/ x2


Pro’s

  • Continued weight loss, faint outline of abs depending on what I’ve eaten
  • Joining a hardcore bodybuilding/powerlifting/strongman gym (Genesis, Wembley)
  • Gained more knowledge about training and diet
  • Dropping more fat while retaining muscle and a half decent strength level.
  • Acquiring a pair of Adidas Power Perfect 2 lifting shoes.

Con’s

  • Snapping some shit up in my back while Deadlifting and going for the 5th rep at 242.5kg.
  • Knee issues
  • Being a little inconsistent with diet at times, could’ve finished my cut a few months ago really.
  • Not doing much with overhead pressing.



Leaner, more muscular and look bigger than ever, time to try my luck at Wendlers 5-3-1, see how I get on!
