Ok so I've been on a CKD for a good while now (minus a 3 month period last year where I fell off the wagon BIG TIME) and I'm seeing some good results.
I have a holiday coming up in 6 weeks time and I'm determined to be looking supremely awesome by that time but being an impatient little swine, things are just not moving along quick enough for me. Have got myself down to approx 22% bf although my weight has stayed pretty much constant
Anyway I've just recently got hold of a copy of Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fatloss Handbook. Very interesting read and looks like a good plan to follow albeit in the very short term.
Have to say I'm pretty tempted to give it a go!
Anyone have any experience with this? And if so, what kind of results did you get?
