Per 70g:
Protein (as-is): 29.6g
Carbohydrates: 20.3g
Fat: 2.5g
HMB: 1.5g
Creapure®: 5g

Is this any good?
Or am I going to be better off just adding creatine to my usual whey PWO?

I'm not sure if I'm convinced by these all-in-one shakes.

2.5kg of this costs £28.99

Cheaper to buy separate ingredients you think?

Apologies for the boring thread.

I use this and I think it's great. Year you could buy it separately but mixing the amounts three times a day isn't going to last.

I just get their basic whey.

29.6g of protein is bugger all out of 70g of powder, and why do you need 20g of carbs in there? :confused1:

29.6g of protein in 70g because it is mixed with creatine HMB and fine oats.

I use it FOR the carbs.

It always works out cheaper to buy bulk ingredients and mix them yourself but the ballache of having to do this is why all in ones exist - especially if you are looking for creatine, beta alanine and glutamine which seem to be the 'big 3' ingredients to look for - each shake would need 2g BA, 3-5g Creatine and 5-10g glutamine (general numbers you tend to find in all in ones/work) as well as the protein and carbs which is a REAL pain to make twice a day!
