Muscle building

Greetings everyone! I'm new on here and have a question, does anyone know what kind of timeline does the body take to build more muscle after training? For example, if I trained my quads today how long before new tissue is generated? I tried looking it up online, which I always take with a very large grain of salt. The info I found said from two days on one site to two to three weeks on another. I figure someone here would be more qualified to answer my question. I appreciate any help anyone can offer
 
Muscle building is a slow process in general my friend and it’s a function of several factors (nutrition, age, genetics besides training). It’s not as simple as training quads one day and gaining noticeable muscle mass in few days. If it was that easy everyone would be jacked!

If you are new to training I suggest you focus on the process, training correctly, eating right food without obsessing on results. Be patient give it a few months, follow the right plan, results would have to show over time. All the best!
