Greetings everyone! I'm new on here and have a question, does anyone know what kind of timeline does the body take to build more muscle after training? For example, if I trained my quads today how long before new tissue is generated? I tried looking it up online, which I always take with a very large grain of salt. The info I found said from two days on one site to two to three weeks on another. I figure someone here would be more qualified to answer my question. I appreciate any help anyone can offer
