T3 On Trt Dose

Would you run 25mcg t3 whilst on 125mg test per week on a cut?

If not what's the minimum dose test you would trust using it at?

I don't get the correlation your thinking of?

Run whatever dose test you want with whatever dose of t3 works for you

I'm basically wondering would 125mg test be enough to preserve muscle while on a calorie deficit and 25mcg t3?

Ah OK

Well on a calorie deficit whilst using testosterone you probably won't even need the t3 , but if you're going to use it anyway then give it a whirl and find out , fat loss is an Individual thing

Also as t3 is indiscriminate you will possibly lose some muscle also....125mg isn't that much plus lower calories....guess depends on current bf level......personally I'd start with the test and calorie deficit and see how you go, slow and steady and then add t3 if you still or really need it....but that's just me

@noel do you think any real life tissue would be lossed whilst on t3? I often see this said but have never seen it transpire in real life....

its often lost in the mire of other cluster fuck ideas while dieting.
weight isnt shifting... drop calories by 500, add t3 up to 125mcg, increase cardio by 20 mins.
weights in the gym drop due to fatigue and reduction in cals... lethargy on t3 compounds the issue.
end result is all the blame shifted onto t3.

"the t3 ate your gains bro".

no...dropping calories through the floor, seeing training stimuli reduced, upping calorie expenditure and upping the metabolism via thyroid meds led to a cluster fuck of non avoidable lean tissue loss.

Muscle loss on t3 really is a little over played!
Basically if you stick yourself in a huge deficit your gonna lose muscle I guess the more aas the more of deficit you can get away with, but essentially all the t3 does is increase that deficit.
