Chest and Biceps, only sets 2 on biceps as hit back hard yesturday (supposed to have been friday but took 2 days off)

60kg x 15 x 2 sets warm up


120kg x 10 (A) plus 10kg


110kg x 13 (A)


100kg x 13 plus 3 reps after a 15 second rest pause


Incline DB press ( only 3 weeks ever using DUMBELLS as gym only just got upto 50s)

Cable upright flie and squeeze (normally flies)

No work today so legs on one meal of 70g whey, 170g oats banana, 2 TBL evo and then 15 bcaa caps pre training and 30g bcaa intra


Leg have been seperated hammys and quads over 2 days but first session back on all in one

I am 2 weeks into a cruise mate, last blast was 500mg test / 500mg deca (which was GASH) never see nothing from it, also with letro in 2.5mg E3D

Trying deca myself in 7 weeks time, running the same as you but possibly 400mg of deca plus dbol.


Why so much letro pal? seems high even at e3d, perhaps its just me?


What brand test and deca were you using?
 
Oh and you should of gone for a 3rd 200kg pull, you made the second look easy :cool:

I used ROHM tri test 400, WC DECA which I will never use any of there products again TBH maybe proviron, used there deca, adex, aroamsin and got gyno on girls doses


Letro is only thing that keeps nips at bay


Will go higher next blast TBH


Deads was first time in ages and never had them in a routine do didnt go for a 3rd as hit a PB that was good enough, only decided to do them that morning

Im the same regarding gyno, only for the first 6 weeks though. Afterwards all symptoms go though, weird. Im apprehensive about running letro on cycle though as its so strong.

Not good enough mate, best thing at the moment is I have trained legs 7 weeks on the trot something that I havent done due to niggles and old injurys but feel that I have a good base to shift some serious weight in the future


I want hell of alot more on poundages :)

Will do test / deca/ dbol / oxys - want to run deca again with different lab


Not sure on dosing yet TBH, never done oxys but 40 tabs here


PT course I did 6 week intensive at Javea in SPain they are now in Lilleshall UK, eifitness.co.uk

Did anything come of your qualification?


Long story short


Work up Central London, gained fair amount of clients and was loving it, however have lots of personal debt and with the rent being 820 a month and travel there 220 a month and me being shit with money, it caused grief with the missus so left London, will go back into it when the debt is lower :)
