5 a day -Veg- how you get yours + Thai fruit

Unless its deep fried morning glory here I still eat f-all veg but I do however hammer the fruit as its plentiful here and really tasty, some stuff I've tried here that I never saw in the UK are lychee's and Rambutan ,also Papaya is everywhere and really does help you wolf down the meat. 

I make alot more milk shakes with the milk ,fruit of choice and just whey because its alot more refreshing in the heat.

Only grapes and straw/rasp/blueberries same as UK are silly priced.

Pretty much hammer -watermelon/red ,papaya ,pineapple ,bananas, apples and mini tiny satsumas, coconut, canteloupe and kiwi.

Just find fruit always more appetizing than brocoli which is pretty dear here.

Still haven't tried avocado.
 
Every solid meal has 250g or so greens for me. Broc, ssparagus and green beans.


Every shake i have with greens powders and habe blueberries with break and post wo :)

I injest masses of fruit & veg. It's somewhat season & price dependant but loads of it! Nomnomnom.
 
More like 5 a week lol and a multivitamin. Too busy jabbing g's of gear, eating

Carbs to grow. Fuck fruit and veg. Greens powder prob a good call though
 
If you struggle to eat enough vegetables, then I think some of the greens powder products are pretty good, although they obviously lack the fiber you'd get from eating solid food sources.

Anywhere more tropical they eat a lot of fruit and veg.

I love the stuff but I know in the UK it is GM shit.

True & true!


Some organic stuff around but not much variety and its pricey. Cross-pollenation with GM stuff is still a problem with the organic fruit & veg though - scary.
 
Spinach / brocolli / green beans / peas are my staples that i have everyday.

Strawberries / raspberries / blueberries for fruit.
 
Onions, Peppers, Berries and Leaf's. tend to eat a few bananas, apples, dates through the day. Made myself sick of broccoli long time ago, yet still tend to buy a head when I go shopping??
 
Only when I diet do I eat veg. Drink alot fruit juice when gaining

Eat fuckloads of veg but zero fruit.


Don't eat carbs bar potato and sweet potato so I twat veg to fill up on.
