After a lay off I tend to notice a good change after about 3 months

Just give it time and keep plugging away

See your chucking a bit dead lifting in there as well......all helps mate

Hi mate, long time no chat!

Why exactly are you only training legs? It's a pretty unusual approach. I don't really see why you couldn't do some upper body stuff too? I personally think if you were to do a balanced routine with some pressing, chin ups, deadlifting and, of course, lots of squatting, you would would see good results all over.

The key is just to stick to the basics, but I think only training the lower half of your body is no different to only training the upper half - you're still only training half your body, which doesn't make much sense to me!
