serious question now. How would a pharmaceutical company know when it should begin to go off? There are so many variables how can they be sure
 
With injectables, I reckon as long as the hormone hasn't crashed in the solution, your good to go... Would potency be affected? Maybe... If so you just need to take a bit more... Orals? Are they growing mould ? No? Eat them then... Again, potency may drift away
