Can your bones ache?

Sorry if this sounds a strange question but is it possible for your bones to ache during / after training or am I imagining things? During EZ bar curls and not sure what these are called but it's like a hammer curl but going toward the front of your body instead of at the side it felt like my bones were hurting in my forearm on the outer side and it still feels like it now.

Absolutly... I posted the same question in other areas of UGM.. (see http://www.underground-muscle.co.uk/index....ic=1077&hl= and http://www.underground-muscle.co.uk/index....ic=1186&hl= )

Had some good replies and suggestions also. Mine is was so bad while curling, but it hurt like f*^k when I put the weights down. I trained armes on a Friday and gave them time to rest through a chest routine on a Monday, back on Tuesday, Legs on Wednesday and Shoulders on Thursday. One week of missing armes on a Friday helped a lot.

Deffo worth reading those replies I got.

Hope it helps.

i broke twice the wrist , elbow, leg, and a few more bits , over the years, and sometimes my bones ache like f..k

oops! Would help if I read old posts before I ask a question.

That sounds exactly the same as my problem, I have to slowly release the EZ bar as I set it down to try and minimize the pain. I'll have a rethink as to how I train my biceps.

It would even hurt after hitting a tennis ball around the field for the dogs. Just rest it for a week... no curls, and see how you get on.

have you tried it using the support of a preacher bench?sometimes help.

I had same problem doin EZ reverse curls but the preacher sorted that out.

....then again stumpy you`re gettin on a bit now aren`t ya??probably the start of arthritis...LOL
