'Cleans' partials for traps or high pulls

I saw a vid recommending the 'clean" part of the clean amd press for hittimg traps from a different angle, no need to clean it fro the floor, I'd start from below knees as in partial dead.

However any pointers- stace, grip width, is there any need for a "snap" and lifting the hills as I will not press it, no leg back etc.

How do I lower/drop the bar to a relaxed state.

Would you rate it as different way of hitting traps, upper back.

A alternate would be high pulls but I a tad wary of UR row type movements but I can learn.

I'm doing a lot of trap/neck focus ED.

Look up 'clean pulls' on the interweb, there will be loads of vids from hang and high hang position which might be what you are after.

Think this would be a good start anyway

High pulls from pins, heavy 4-6 reps.

Your traps will be in agony, within a few weeks you will have noticeable gains.

I just wish more meat heads knew about this, endless shit form shrugs are useless.

Working already and feels so different, good choice.
