How's BP at moment?

BP was super heavy sundaywhen took them pics, after friday carnage and shit food for 2 days BOOM High


Measured this morning and was 126/74 but raises quickly after exercise and if I sway off diet etc

Definatelty massive improvements made in 2 years - be exciting to see the results from this blast.

felt like death, but did take after a DEADLIFT session


Also need new batteries for it, thinks it is dieing


Yeah blast is 4 - 6 weeks time, cant bloody wait :)

I know I keep banging on about it - but you really need to do something with your BP.


Especially given your age.

I used to be active football, sprinting etc, but done about 2 CV session in 3 years with a lot of weight gain so time I lowered MY BP so I can get bigger :)
 
Finished work early


Just did 15 minute bicep session as missed monday


Dumbell curl


3 sets of 16kg DB and 1 set of db to failure


Cable Curl with lat pulldown bar


3 sets of 12


Preacher curl on hammer strength machine ( not done in ages due to forearm pain )


2 sets of 20


21s barbell light 2sets


Tshirt was soaked and all done in 15 mins
 
Ok measured BP 5 times yesturday with 10 minutes in between

You probs wernt relaxed enough been the first one ect, it could of even been a slightly faulty reading, hence why you should do a number of reading as you have done


Dosnt look too bad, bit of cardio fitness should sort things out. Be interesting to see how it changes during your next blast

I wont be going on next blast mate until I have it lower, even though some arent to bad it shouldnt go to the highest reading


I will do my CV and some supps and get it lowered during cruise


I started GHRP 2 weeks ago so have dropped that for time being see if that helps


End of the day have years off of gaining so may aswell use this cruise to gain the fitness / health that I had prior to gaining weight


I will try and up food and Bcaas to counter act any cardio that I am doing, but TBH not really concerned about that, being fitter will also help my lifts for the future IMO

Agree mate, maybee have a little deload on the weights for a week or two? Same reps ect but @ 70% of usual weight?


Shouldnt have a problem with muscle loss at all while on a cruise imo pal, aslong as you remain in a surplus it'll only help. May even improve body comp somewhat.
